16 Week Competition Prep

This program is a 16 week commitment that includes a personalized meal and supplement protocol to dial in for the stage. I work with CPA, IFBB, UFE leagues. A fitness exercise program is included for in-gym or in-home fitness. The daily meals, supplement protocols and workout (weight lifting and cardio regimes) are uploaded to the fitness app. Through the app, we will work through 16 weeks of body transformation in preparation for the show. This program includes weekly coaching calls for optimal performance and results.

Show prep instructions and suit/shoe/makeup/tan referrals are included.

PLEASE NOTE - For Ontario Shows - You must purchase a VIP Coaches Pass for show day that includes full morning and night show back stage 1:1 coaching.

Mindset Body Care
Maintenance Program

This program is a 4 week commitment that includes 1:1 coaching with Lisa with a personalized meal and supplement protocol to learn how to maintain your body and mind post competition. A fitness exercise program is included for in-gym or in-home fitness. The daily meals, supplement protocols, post show detox and workout (weight lifting and cardio regimes) are uploaded to the fitness app. This program includes weekly coaching calls to help enjoy the post show experience without mind body sabotage.
